Ordering Information
All products on this website can be ordered directly from our online shop 24hrs per day, 7days per week.
Products added to your basket are paid for at the checkout, using our secure online card payment facility.
Payment can also be accepted by cheque or postal order. Payment option can be selected at the checkout.
Goods are only despatched once payment is confirmed in full, in the case of cheques and postal orders, this is once the funds are cleared in our account.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmmation by email. If you have any queries about your order please use the form provided under the contact us link.
All products are portrayed as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur in shade and or design.
If you require swatches of fabric prior to placing an order, these are available, free of charge, to a maximum of 5 per address. In excess of this, swatches will be charged at £.50 each. Please note that, unless faulty, custom orders, i.e. Cut lengths of fabric, cannot be returned or exchanged.
