Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Our standard UK* delivery charge is £4.99. Once processed all orders and deliveries are despatched on a next working day service, on a signed for basis via City Link. Delivery is attempted twice before the goods are returned to the City Link depot from where they will have to be collected or a re-delivery fee will be charged. As such if you can provide instructions for delivery if you are out it is recomended. These instructions such as; leave with neighbour, leave in porch etc. can be left in the comments section of your order.
UK orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 working days.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
During peak periods you should allow up to 7 working days.
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items which are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible.
You will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However you have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days from the date that you receive the goods. Cancellation must be confirmed to us by notice in writing. Contact us at returns@dottybrown.com.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item and it is in the same condition as when you bought it. You must take reasonable care of all goods in your possession and return them to us, at your expense, appropriately packaged (where possible using any re-sealable packaging provided) to avoid damage, within 7 days from the delivery date.
Goods should be returned to: Returns Department Dotty Brown Ltd, 166-188 Sion Street, Radcliffe , Manchester M26 3SB.
We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice but reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other reasonable costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
Goods arriving in damaged packaging should not be accepted or signed for, until you inspect them and are fully satisfied they are in good condition.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you wish to return any faulty goods. We will cover all costs of return postage and either, refund or exchange the goods.
Please retain proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
Please note that, unless faulty, custom orders, i.e. Cut lengths of fabric, cannot be returned or exchanged.
